The TDI Intro to Tech Diver course here in Thailand is your gateway into the world of technical diving. The TDI Intro-tech diver course lays down the fundamentals for all tech diver training, teaching skills such as advanced propulsion techniques, gas planning, perfect buoyancy, trim, twinset fundamentals, gas sharing with a long hose, valve drills and much more. Intro to tech training here in Thailand, allows the recreational diver to progress at their own pace into tech diving. The course also includes 4 Intro to tech dives around Thai dives sites, in the warm waters of Thailand.
TDI’s Intro to Tech course is a foundation course giving the diver a solid understanding and motor skillsets for the basics of tech diving, many divers combine the TDI Intro to Tech diving course with TDI Advanced Nitrox course and the TDI Decompression Procedures course. The Intro to Tech course is also a good refresher for certified technical divers who may want to refresh their skills whilst travelling in Thailand.
Prerequisites
- Open Water Diver (or hold a qualifying certification from another organization)
- Have a minimum of 20 logged dives
- Be at least 18 years old
